Long term housing with support is hard to find in the Omaha Metro area. Many people are homeless longer than necessary because of the lack of affordable and accessible permanent and supportive housing options.MACCH wants to change that. One new key initiative in development is the Housing Pipeline. The Pipeline will convene different affordable housing systems together to coordinate and catapult the development of supportive housing. Below are links to documents regarding the Housing Pipeline, which consists of an assessment of permanent supportive housing needs, as well as the development of a funders council.
